Purpose

These reports help stores manage consignor contact data and identify inactive balances. Together, they support outreach and compliance with unclaimed funds policies.

Report Setup

Consignor Email List

Description:
This report generates a list of consignor emails, useful for marketing, system notifications, or account verification. It’s a quick way to extract clean, usable contact data for bulk outreach or CRM integration.

Fields to Include:

Field Name Description
Consignor ID Unique account identifier
First Name Consignor’s first name
Last Name Consignor’s last name
Email Primary email address on file

Filters:

Filter Use Case
Email is not [blank] Remove consignors with no email on record
Consignor Created is after [date] Focus on newly added consignors

Consignor Aged Balances

Description:
This report highlights consignors with account balances that haven’t changed recently. It helps prepare for unclaimed funds audits or balance expiration procedures, and supports compliance with escheatment laws.

⚠ Before adjusting balances, consult your accountant or local regulations regarding unclaimed property.

Field Name Description
Consignor Created Date the consignor was added to the system
Consignor ID Unique identifier
Consignor Status Active/inactive account status
Last Activity Date Last time any transaction or account update occurred
First Name Consignor’s first name
Last Name Consignor’s last name
Balance Current balance held in the account

Filters:

Filter Use Case
Balance is greater than 0.00 Focus only on accounts with funds
Last Activity Date is before [date] Find balances that have not changed recently

 

 

Tips

  • Run the email report monthly to update your marketing or communications list.

  • Review aged balances quarterly to stay ahead of unclaimed fund regulations.
