Purpose

This report allows you to review customer notes and identify flagged accounts. It’s a valuable tool for enhancing customer service, flagging important account behaviors, and maintaining visibility across staff interactions with customers.

Customer Notes Report

Description:
Use this report to view all customer notes added in your system, including whether any customers are flagged for special attention at checkout. It supports front-line staff by surfacing important customer context and enables back-office reviews for customer account monitoring.

Base:

Customer Store Credit History

Fields to Include:

Field Name Description
First Name Customer’s first name
Last Name Customer’s last name
Note Text Notes added to the customer account
Is Flagged Indicates if the customer is flagged at checkout

Filter Use Case
Note Text is not like [press spacebar once] Exclude customers without notes

 

 

Tips

  • Use the spacebar input in the filter to rule out blank note entries.

  • Regularly review flagged customers to ensure notes are still accurate and relevant.

  • Combine with store credit or account activity reports for deeper context.
