Log in to your SimpleConsign account.
Access the admin settings: Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select "Manage Billing."
Select your subscription: If you have multiple locations, repeat this step for each location.
Initiate cancellation: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription."
Follow the prompts: Complete the cancellation process by following the on-screen instructions.
Important Notes
Billing cycle: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, it will not renew.
Data management: Before canceling, ensure you print or download any reports or data you may need, such as for tax purposes.
Additional Options
If you wish to retain access to your data without maintaining an active subscription, you can switch to a dormant plan. This option is available via the billing settings and allows you to preserve your account data for future use..
