Consignor Access Forgot Password

If you're a consignor and you've forgotten your password for Consignor Access, please follow the instructions below.

1. Navigate to the Consignor Access login page. If you don't the URL, please reach out to the store. 
   
   
2. Click the Forgot your password? link.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Consignor ID and select Send Email. This will send you an email with a temporary password.
   
   
   
   
4. Navigate to your email. Note the temporay password and click the Go to Log In button. Log in with your Consignor ID and the temporary password.
   
   
5. Update your password.
