Use the Inventory tab’s search tools to quickly find items in your inventory using keywords and a range of dropdown filters.
How to Search Inventory
- Go to the Inventory tab.
- Enter a keyword (e.g., item name, SKU, tag, or brand) in the search bar.
- Press Enter or click the magnifying glass to execute the search.
Use Dropdown Filters
Refine your search results with the following dropdown filters:
Category
- Select All Categories or a specific category from your list.
Status
- Options include:
- All Statuses, Active, Sold, Expired, In Grace, Donated, Converted, Returned, Layaway, Missing, Damaged, Unavailable, Incoming, Transferred, Withdrawn, No Label Printed

Brand
- Select All Brands or a specific brand from your list.
Inventory Type
- Options:
- All Inventory
- Store-Owned Inventory
- Consignment Inventory
Quantity
- Options:
- All Quantities (This will include inventory with the status of sold, returned, donated, missing, and withdrawn)
- Quantities More Than 0
Tip: Use multiple dropdowns in combination to narrow your search. For example, view all out-of-stock consignment items in a specific brand and category.
View & Manage Search Results
- Matching items are displayed in a list.
- Click any item name to:
- Access full Activity History

Edit details such as quantity, pricing, or status
Tips & Best Practices
- Use exact item names or SKUs for precise results.
- Apply Category + Brand + Status filters for targeted searches.
- Use the Quantity filter to identify low or out-of-stock items for restocking.
Troubleshooting Search

No results found?
- Clear filters or broaden your criteria.

Missing item?
- Check if the item is categorized correctly and ensure the right status/inventory filters are applied.

New item not showing?
- Verify its entry in the system and refresh your search.
