A Supplier Inventory Custom Report is a powerful tool to help you track and manage stock associated with a specific supplier. This is especially useful for inventory audits, restocking, and performance analysis by supplier.

Base:
Supplier Inventory
This report is built using the Supplier Inventory base, which includes key details about items tied to specific suppliers.
Fields to Include:
Add the following fields to your report to get a well-rounded view of the inventory:
| Field Name | Description |
| SKU | The item's unique stock keeping unit (if applicable). |
| Item Name | The name/description of the inventory item. |
| Current Price | The current selling price. |
| On Hand Qty | The number of units in stock. |
| Total Current Price | Multiplies Current Price by On Hand Qty. |
| Date Created | When the item was first entered into inventory. |
| Last Sold Price | The last recorded selling price (if the item has sold). |
| Sold Qty | The total number of units sold. |
💡 Optional: You may also want to include Supplier Name and Item Status for more context.
