When building Custom Reports in SimpleConsign, the following fields and filters are available for the Consignor base. Use these to organize, filter, and analyze consignor data effectively.
Notes:
MRR - monthly recurring revenue. Example you can have a fee that is monthly, and another fee that is annually. It will take the annual fee divided by 12, add it to the monthly fee to get the MRR.
Fee Info - concatenation of all of a consignor's fee descriptions, this will be replacing the old single-fee "Fee Description" field now that multiple fees are supported on the Vendor Mall Plus plan.
Monthly Fee vs. Fees MRR - Monthly Fee shows only the consignor's original single monthly fee. Fees MRR adds up all of the consignor's recurring fees as a monthly amount, so the two totals will be different for consignors with more than one fee or with a fee that isn't monthly.
Combined Rent, Combined Fees MRR, and Combined Fees Info - the same information combined across all of the consignor's locations.
Tip: Custom reports include archived and deleted consignors unless you filter them out. To see only current consignors, add the Consignor Status filter and set it to Active.
If the same vendor shows up twice with the same fee, check for a duplicate consignor record. Each record carries its own fee, so the rent appears once for each record.
