New Store Onboarding

This is the primary onboarding path for new customers that are launching their business and are not migrating from another system. It includes personalized guidance from a dedicated onboarding specialist, covering system setup, inventory management, and team training. It’s ideal for stores that are new to consignment software or starting fresh.

Standard Data Migration Onboarding

Built for customers switching from another system (excluding ConsignPro, see below), this onboarding path adds support for migrating your data into SimpleConsign. In addition to standard setup and training, it includes assistance with data preparation, upload coordination, and post-migration review to ensure your information transfers accurately and smoothly.

ConsignPro Data Migration Onboarding

The ConsignPro data migration onboarding path is specifically for customers transitioning from ConsignPro to SimpleConsign. In addition to standard onboarding support, it includes help with preparing and migrating your data from ConsignPro, system configuration tailored to match your previous workflows as closely as possible, and dedicated training to help you and your team get comfortable with the new platform.
