Submit ticket from Help Center

You can submit a ticket directly through our Help Center. Simply use this link to access the ticket submission forms. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the category that best matches your inquiry or issue.
  2. Complete all required fields in the form.
  3. Click Submit to send your ticket to our team.

Submit ticket through SimpleConsign

Navigate to the support widget within the SimpleConsign software, located in the top-right corner.
 


  1. Click the widget to open a window with our support hours.



  2. Click Continue to proceed.
  3. Choose the form that best aligns with your issue or question.



  4. Fill out the form. Provide detailed information, including screenshots or videos if possible, to help us resolve your issue or answer your question effectively.
  5. Click Send when finished. One of our support agents will contact you as soon as possible.
