Download Remote Support

There's a few ways to download our remote support software. The fastest from this article is downloading directly from this link: sos.splashtop.com. It should download automatically.
In Software
If you find yourself already in the software you can download it from the Support screen. Select Get Help in the top right corner of the software.
Click Submit A Ticket
At the bottom of the window that opens click Download Remote Support
To run the file you just downloaded click the down arrow near the top right of your browser. This screen shot is from Firefox but Chrome looks very similar. Click the file that says SplashtopSOS.exe (on Windows) or SplashtopSOS.dmg (on Mac)
