What info do you need in a support ticket?

To best support you, we kindly ask that you be as detailed as possible when submitting a ticket to our support team. The more details you provide, the better. We strive to answer your questions and resolve your issues as quickly as possible and having this information up front greatly helps.
 
Please include the following information in your support tickets:
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Name
  • Phone Number
  • Store Name
  • Subject
  • Detailed Description (please include examples if you have them)
  • Attachments (please include any helpful screenshots, files, or videos)
 

Help Center

Submit a ticket directly from our Help Center. The direct link to our ticket forms can be found here. Select the category that best fits your inquiry or issue, fill out the required fields, and hit "Submit". 

Support Widget

The support widget is located in the top right corner within the SimpleConsign software. 
 
 
This will open a new window with information regarding our support hours. Click Continue to move on.
 
 
The next tab allows you to narrow down your support request. Select the appropriate category for your issue.
 
 
The following tab allows you to enter more specific information regarding your issue. Please remember to include all of the information listed above as well. When finished select the Submit Ticket button.
