Add A Customer To A Transaction

Log Into Terminal

Make sure you're logged into the intended Terminal before proceeding. Once you're logged into the Terminal navigate to the Checkout Tab and make sure the terminal is open.


Add an Existing Customer

If you'd like to associate a customer to a transaction, start typing their name into the Customer field and select their name from the dropdown you'll see as you start typing.


Once you have a customer selected, their name will turn blue and will be underlined.


Add New Customers

If you search for a customer and there's not already an account you can quick add a new customer to SimpleConsign from the Checkout tab by selecting the + New Customer option from the customer list.



This will open a new window to enter some relevant information. Additional details can be added later.
