Troubleshoot Word Wrapping on Receipts

If the price continues on a second line, the printer is probably a low DPI (dots per inch) printer.
 


To correct this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Printers and click EDNA Printers.
2. Click Details on the receipt printer.
3. Click Unconfigure.
4. Add Printer and check the Low Dpi Printer? box.
5. Click + Add Receipt Printer.
