Receipt Settings are located within the Settings menu in the Back Office. To get there, select the Settings icon in the top right corner while logged into the Back Office.
Then find and select the Options Tab along the top and scroll down to the Receipt section.

Receipt Note
If there's anything you'd like to add to the bottom of your receipts, this is the place to do it. It's common to include your store's return policy in the receipt note.
Tax Exempt Note
In the event of a tax exempt transaction, this note will be included in addition to the regular receipt note.
Email Receipt By Default
This will send the customer a copy of their receipt by default if they have an email listed in their consignor or customer account and they're attached to a transaction.
Show Consignor's Item # with Account
The item's consignor account number is included on the receipt. Enabling this setting adds the item number as well.
Show Extended Item Info
With this on, the category, brand, and color will be included with the item description on the receipt.
Show Discount Info
Include the discount information on receipt.
Pop Cash Drawer for Cash Only (EDNA)
Only pop cash drawer when payment type is 'cash'. Otherwise, the cash drawer will pop for all payment types.
Additional Receipt Configuration Options
The quantity of receipt copies is configured at the time of EDNA setup for both Windows and Mac. If you have too many copies of receipts, start there. There are also several options for receipts at the bottom of the payment screen.
There's a few receipt configuration options toward the bottom of the payment screen. Including the Email Receipt setting mentioned above. You can enable it even if it's not on by default, or disable it if it is enabled by default.
The remaining options allow for three combinations. Select whichever option best suits your needs.
- Credit Card + Customer Copy
- Credit Card Copy Only
- No Receipts
Customer Copy
The regular itemized receipt.
Credit Card Copy
The regular itemized receipt including a spot at the bottom for a signature.
