This article covers two tasks in the map view: creating a new space and placing it on the map, and reassigning which vendor occupies an existing space. Use the list view to manage space details, and the map view to see occupancy at a glance.

Adding a space
Step 1: In grid view, click the plus icon to open the add-space window.
Fill in:
- Space ID — a numeric identifier for the space.
- Space Location — the named area the space belongs to.
- Space Type — chosen from a predefined list (for example, Booth). Types aren't customizable; pick the closest fit.
- Default Fee — the default fee for the space. This can be overridden at the individual vendor level.
- Assigned Vendor (optional) — assign a vendor now, or leave the space vacant and assign one later.
Step 2: Once the space exists, click the pin icon, then the three dots next to the space, then Add Marker. Click on the map to place it.
- Green markers = occupied spaces
- Gray markers = unoccupied spaces
Click in the map to place the marker.
Note: A marker's position is a relative representation of where the space sits in the store, not a pixel-perfect measurement. Because the map is 3D, a marker's apparent position can shift slightly depending on viewing angle. That's expected.
As you add more spaces to a location, the count for that area updates automatically.
Editing Spaces
Step 1: In grid view, click the pencil icon on the space.
Step 2: Click the X to remove the current vendor.
Step 3: Search for the new vendor by name or vendor ID and click to add them.
Step 4: Review the fee. The default fee applies unless a different one is specified. Click Save.
Once saved, the space appears (in blue) under Recurring Fees & Discounts on the vendor's Consignment tab.
