Overview
Consignor Access offers the ability to enter and withdraw inventory. See below for instructions on both.
Item Entry
Here is how you get to the item entry screen
- Click Item Entry on the left - if you don't see this option double check to see if this option has been disabled
- Click the Add button
- The "Add" button may be on the Left or Right of your screen depending on your screen size
Entering inventory
- Enter the Name or description of the item
- Entering Inventory for Online - you may want to enter additional information that will appear online.
- Enter the Quantity that will be available for sale
- Enter the Price you'd like to sell the item for
- Check this box if you do not want this item to follow any automated discounts set by the store
- Choose the Category that best describes the type of item you are entering
- Category option missing - Stores have the option to not display this field and categorize the item themselves
When done...
A) If you are done entering inventory or would like to review what's been entered so far, click the Save & Close button
B) If you're done with this item and would like to add another, click the Save & Add Another button
C) If you're done with this item and would like to use this item as a template for another item, click the Save & Copy button
D) If you'd like to cancel adding this item to inventory, click the Cancel button
Review & Submit
- Remove any items you do not wish to have added (if any)
- Once you're ready for your inventory to be submitted, click the Submit button on the Left or Right
- Depending on the size of your screen, these buttons may appear on the right or left side of your screen
Withdrawing Inventory
1) Go to the Item screen - on the left side of the screen, click the Items option
Removing items
1) Click the Withdraw button on items you'd like to remove - items will be removed from inventory and will no longer be available for sale. If you do not see the Withdraw button it means the item's attributes have been modified in the store.
