Question: My consignor can't find their inventory but I see their inventory in SimpleConsign, what's wrong?
Consignor Access lists inventory based off created date. If the item they are looking for was created 6 months ago that is outside of the default range, change the date range on top to include older inventory or select the date range at the top of every screen in consignor access to make sure it includes what you are searching for.

Question: My consignor entered a whole bunch of inventory but it's not showing up in my store, what do I do?
Have the consignor log back into consignor access and click on the Item Entry view. Mostly likely the "Submit" button was not clicked to finalize the batch.
 
Once submitted check SimpleConsign for their inventory

Question: My consignor can not withdraw their items, why not?
The item(s) that the consignor is trying to withdraw is in a saved transaction or a layaway transaction. The consignor should see an alert on why they can't withdraw.
