Consignor Access enables your consignors to view their account online. This feature is available starting on the Standard plan, with enhanced functionality available on the Professional plan.
On both the Standard and Professional plans with Consignor Access:

You can brand the portal with a custom logo and custom browser icon (favicon) for a white label experience

You can display storewide messages to your consignors.

You can configure detailed access to activity, inventory, and status visibility.
On the Professional plan, stores also gain the ability to:

Allow consignors to enter their own inventory.

Allow consignors to withdraw items from their inventory.
Configuring Consignor Access Details
To understand how settings appear to consignors, we recommend creating a test consignor account for yourself. This lets you view the experience first-hand and provide better support when questions arise.
Show Activity Page
Controls whether consignors can view line items contributing to their balance, including:

Fees, rent, adjustments

Sales and payouts
Options:

Basic: Shows only how much the consignor received per sale.

Detailed: Includes item sale price, consignor payout, and store revenue.
Show Items Page
Displays items listed under the consignor's account.
Options:

Basic: Shows the items but not the prices.
-
Detailed: Includes item price and all basic item info.
Show Inventory Statuses
All inventory statuses are visible by default. You can hide any status so that items marked with it are not shown or filterable in the consignor portal.
Preset Access Levels
You can configure access in a few common ways:

Balance Only: Uncheck both Activity and Items pages. Only the dashboard displays.

Basic: Enable Activity + Items pages with Basic detail and all statuses.

Detailed: Enable Activity + Items pages with Detailed detail and all statuses.
Other Settings
Consignor Access Fee
Charged monthly to consignors who had active inventory. Automatically stops 30 days after all items are sold.
Return Waiting Period (Days)
Exclude items from reports if they were sold within this window and are still returnable.
Custom Portal URL
Set the web address for consignor access. A unique URL must be set to send invites.
Custom Logo
Upload your store’s logo for the portal. Appears on the login screen and within the consignor view. (Available on Standard and Pro plans.)
Add a browser tab icon for your consignor portal. (Available on Standard and Pro plans.)
Consignor Messages
Create and manage custom messages visible in the consignor portal. Ideal for updates and announcements. (Available on Standard and Pro plans.)
Consignor Can Add Inventory (Pro only)
Enables consignors to submit their own inventory items. Must also be enabled on individual consignor profiles.
Consignor Can Withdraw Inventory (Pro only)
Allows consignors to remove their items from inventory. Items are marked as “WITHDRAWN” instead of deleted.
Sending Invites
Use the Send Invitations button to email all consignors with Consignor Access enabled. This resets and resends login credentials.
