Consigned Inventory

If a consignor is responsible for managing their own inventory please refer them to the restocking inventory in consignor access article.

Restock In Stock Items

Consigned inventory that still has on hand quantity and does not have an inventory status of SOLD can be restocked easily by manually increasing the quantity. Simply locate the item via search and double click into the item to open the details screen. Then adjust the quantity of the item to reflect the increased on hand quantity.

Restock Sold Out Items

Consigned inventory that has already reached SOLD status and has no on hand quantity requires a different set of steps to restock. Reference the add consignment inventory article for assistance getting to the correct screen, but instead of adding a new item use the search box to locate the pre-existing line item.

The most direct method is to use the SKU to do a direct lookup of the item, but keywords can also be used.

The search will open a new window with a variety of options along the bottom. For restocking the specific item that was searched select Found My Item. If the item has been entered before, but not under the selected consignor account you will not be able to select Found My Item and will instead need to choose Add Similar Item which will take the item attributes of the searched item, but generate a new line item with a new SKU that is specific to the selected consignor.

Store Owned Inventory

Store owned inventory is incredibly simple to restock since it will never receive the inventory status SOLD which locks the ability to edit the item via item details. As such, simply locate the item via search and double click into the item to open the details screen. Then adjust the quantity of the item to reflect the increased on hand quantity.
