Navigate to Consignor Contracts

From the Back Office, click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner. Next, open the Options tab and navigate to the desired location. Expand the location options and then expand the Consignment section.



Click on the Consignor Contracts button at the bottom.

Add + Edit Consignor Contracts

In the Consignor Contracts management screen, you can create a new contract by clicking + Create New Contract at the top of the page.
 
 
To edit an existing contract, select it from the Existing Contracts dropdown.
 
 
Regardless of the method used, a contract creation screen will appear, allowing you to enter or paste your consignment contract. Once finalized, ensure you name the contract by updating the displayed contract name and company name. Remember to select Save before exiting.
 
 

Assigning Contracts to a Consignor

Contracts can be assigned directly through a dropdown menu on the consignor's profile. Consignors can then view their assigned contracts in the Contract tab within Consignor Access.

Bulk Contract Management

Bulk Contract Management allows you to efficiently manage contracts for multiple consignors. This includes migrating consignors from one contract to another, removing contracts, or assigning a default contract to consignors without an existing one. To begin, click the Bulk Contract Management button.

Next, choose which group you'd like to migrate: All Consignors or just Consignors Without Contract.

Under Contract Actions, choose the appropriate contract to apply to the previously selected group of consignors.

When you're ready, hit the Bulk Edit to complete the action.
