Customize a Terminal
Some settings can be adjusted for each specific Terminal. This allows you to restrict Terminals to different types of activities. To enter the Terminal Settings double-click the Terminal Name in the Terminal Tab.
Click over to the Tabs section to view the customization options.
Unchecking each tab removes access to that tab for that specific Terminal. Once you have selected the tabs you wish to have available click over to the Terminal Details Tab and select Update Terminal in the bottom right.
Customization Suggestions
A customized setup for a store that doesn't offer services or returns could have the following tabs for their checkout station. Checkout, Customer, Transaction, Layaway, and Admin.
A customized setup for an inventory checkout station could have the following tabs checked. Consignment, Inventory, and Customer.
