Use the Checkout display options to control which fields and entry areas appear while you’re ringing up a transaction. These options help you tailor the Checkout tab to your store’s workflow — for example, showing SKUs for fast item verification or hiding the line-entry area when you only scan items.
How to change checkout display options
Open the Checkout tab.
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the Checkout tab.
In the menu that appears, toggle the options you want to show or hide. Changes take effect immediately.
Available options
SKU at Checkout / Hide SKU
Show the item SKU as items are added to the transaction. This is useful for stores that rely on SKUs for quick item identification.
If you prefer not to show SKUs, choose Hide SKU to remove the SKU column from the Checkout view.
Consignor ID at Checkout / Hide Consignor
Show the consignor’s Consignor ID on each line item to quickly confirm who an item belongs to while checking out.
Choose Hide Consignor to remove consignor information from the Checkout list if you don’t need it visible.
Consignor and SKU both displayed
You can display both Consignor ID and SKU so you have item identification and consignor information side-by-side.
Bulk Price Override
Enable Bulk Price Override to apply a single override price to multiple selected items in the transaction. This is helpful when you need to adjust prices for several items at once.
Hide Line Entry Area
Turn on Hide Line Entry Area to collapse the large line-entry panel and show more of the transaction list. This is handy on smaller screens or when you only scan or add items and don’t need the entry controls visible.
Examples
Line Entry Area: Full Checkout view including the line-entry panel.
Hide Consignor (SKU displayed): Consignor column hidden, SKU column visible.
Hide SKU (Consignor displayed): SKU hidden, consignor ID visible.
Consignor and SKU both displayed: Both columns are visible for full context.
Tips & troubleshooting
If a field doesn’t appear after you change a setting, refresh the Checkout tab.
These display settings remain until you change them again, so set them once for the layout you prefer.
Use Bulk Price Override with care — it updates multiple items at once.
If you have questions about access to any setting, check your user permissions or contact your administrator.
