Printers not working - No Connection to EDNA After Microsoft Edge Security Update

Overview

Microsoft Edge released new security restrictions on December 4, 2025 (Microsoft Edge Stable Channel, Version 143.0.3650.66) that may prevent EDNA from working. If you're experiencing printer connectivity issues in Edge, follow these steps to update your browser permissions.

Instructions

  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Privacy, search, and services
  5. Scroll to the Security section
  6. Click Site Permissions
  7. Select All sites
  8. Search for traxia.com
  9. Set all permissions to "Allow" or "Ask." No permission should be, "Block."
  10. Restart Edge.
  11. Return to SimpleConsign and try printing again.

Once permissions are updated, EDNA should work normally.
