If you see this message when you click on Printers > EDNA Printers you'll need to manually restart our print service. Follow these steps:
- Open Task Manager:
Right click on the blank area of your task bar at the bottom of the screen and choose Task Manager (you can also get to task manager by pressing the keys Ctl-Alt-Del).
- Click Services:
Depending on which version of Windows you have you may see a puzzle piece icon like in this picture or you may have a Service tab at the top of the window.
- Find TraxiaEDNA in the list of services:
The services list is in alphabetical order, keep scrolling.
- Restart TraxiaEDNA:
Once you find TraxiaEDNA, right click and choose restart.
- Close the window and refresh your screen to reload SimpleConsign:
You'll see a circle icon on the top of the browser, or just hit F5 on your keyboard
Printing should now be restored.
