Problem #1: Inventory is printing on the wrong sticker

    1. Ensure that the correct label or tag is configured in the system settings. You can find these settings by navigating to the Back Office > Settings > Labels.



    2. Verify the category assigned to the inventory item, as the category determines the label or tag type used for printing.



    3. If you are using multiple printers or labels, review the printer mapping configuration. To access this, click on Printers in the top right corner of your screen.



    4. The next screen will display Printer Mapping. Check the current configuration and adjust as necessary to resolve the issue.
