If you are trying to print a large amount of labels at one time please use this method. The printer only has so much memory and this method will make sure printing runs smoothly.
On the inventory tab filter by 'No Label Printed', this will update the grid view to show you what needs to printed. Check the box at the top right to check every item that is currently displayed. Click the Next button to select more on the next page:
Click the checkbox at the top right again, the total number selected is updated in the top left. Click 'Print Labels' and the current selection will print.
We would recommend that you print no more than 100 labels to the printer at a time.
After this selection is printed click 'Clear Section'
Then click 'Clear Search'
This will force the grid to reload and you can selected 'No Label Printed' and repeat the process.
